A regulatory process to potentially restrict the manufacture and use of PFAS by 2025 has been formally initiated in the EU under REACH. Starting 22 March 2023, a six-month public consultation phase will give you the opportunity to provide targeted feedback on the impact that the broad ban would have on your business, industry and Europe as a whole.
